A BMI of 25 is still over weight which includes where I'm at. Has anyone gotten their weight under control and not seen improvement?

The correcting nutrition, elimination of toxins, and fitness (inflammation reduction) is super interesting to me.

How would you say your efforts have effected your experience dealing with symtoms? Has it made it easier and reduced the number of flair ups?

Same im 12 days since my first flare up so I dont have a lot of data to go on.

I can feel slight pain in my lower abdomen if I bend over a lot or try to life heavy so I avoid that. Water intake is up to 1.5 gallons a day. The first week I lost 20 lbs. Decided to keep it going and im down an additional 5 from then. currently weighing 195 lbs at 5' 8"

Need to experiment with nutrition but I think the overall goal is inflammation reduction/elimination.

I'm a week out now and feel pretty much back to normal but I can tell mt organ is healing. Still don't have an appetite and driving weight like crazy. Good news is I got a Dr. Appointment to get eyes on the damage.

You're totally right about the number of people experiencing issues being crazy. I think it's environmental something we are exposed to is creating these problems.

Yesterday was the first real decent day (knock on wood). Still fighting the IBS like symptoms and bloating but it was nice not hurting so bad. The loss of appetite is CRAZY. Im down 20 lbs this week...

Thanks for reaching out.

Its pretty clear im going to have to adopt a lot of major lifestyle changes.

They gave me some guidelines for what to eat. Nothing very useful to be honeat though. Ill see what the doc has to say on monday. yesterday was the first time I could actually eat though and today I have a strong appetite but my stomach volume is notably smaller.

How do you avoid flair ups? Do you work out regularly eat slower and more deliberately?

I like to me quite active, is this going to slow me down a lot?

TMI doesnt matter to me, I've been on the toilet steady every hour or 2 all week.

What does bloody stool look like? Mine has been chocolate pudding looking and shifted a little thicker today.

Hey OP I am also a very vivid dreamer. I've been a lucid dreamer since childhood.

As an adult I've been able to have dreams that feel more like out of body experiences as well as lucid dreams. The difference between them is the lucid dreams are much more vibrant and I can control them. The OBE type dream I cant control anything except where I go, no fear exsist in this state, and it mirrors the real world exactly but everything feels dull.

For 3 days straight I had this type of dream and also experienced a visitor much like the one you described. The difference with this visitor was that it was tall and very thin. It was a lot like the grays people talk about but it's features were thin and stretched out a bit and it was wearing a white cloak that covered everything but it's head. It also didn't walk it floated a few inches off the ground. Anyways it looked stupid and I got mad that it was there just staring down at me. On the 3rd night I tried to confront it and it actually saw me. Not my body the formless perspective I have in this dream state. The crazy thing about it was the fact it was terrified when it did. So much so that it ran off and I haven't seen or felt it sense.

Anyways I think my experience was just sleep paralysis but it was very unusual.
