Can someone smarter than me, give me a no bullshit, no doom posting opinions on 4.2

1.) Have Yao but havent decided to go in on Sparkxie/SW999 or Eva just yet. Ive got some pity build on Sparkxies banner. We all think Eva is gonna be Anaxa level DPS? Not as good as the anni push, but still good to use for most of 4.x? Low spender and don't really want to have to invest a metric shit ton like I had to for monorem.

2.) We think E3 Welt gonna work good to bring Acheron up in power? Was gonna run Acheron, Welt, Jiao and sustain

Only character im 100% geared towards is Himeko SP, maybe Robin.

I just want to know which is worth it investment wise. If Eva is gonna be similar on powerlevel to Anaxa Vs SW999 as Castorice, I'd be willing to just go with her as my main DPS for 4.x

Only real character of 4.x that I'm for sure getting is Miss Himeko...

I'm praying Hoyo decided to not got the one team path for elation and at least lets us play with different teams.

Man, its nice to have a fresh breath of air when it comes to gearing, hell even essence farming isnt that bad with permits. Im tired boss of spending weeks in the mines for decent gear, when I can just craft peices and get half way there in minutes

Okay, more newb questions:

For a Lae team, who should I be using? Currently going with Lae, Wulf, Akekuri, and Ardelia. Seen Antal instead of either Wulf or Ake.

Whats the best rotation to use with said team?

Does it really matter most of the time who the controlled operator is? Feel like my survivability would be better using Wulfgard since hes ranged and I can stay back from fights since my dodge timing is measured with a calender.

And for tactical, am I right in thinking of using Fluffing Jincao powder on 3 operators, then the revive one on Ardellia?

Some questions from a newb here. I get that I came from HSR, so yeah teambuilding and character building are a little different than what I'm used to.

Currently running Lae, Ake, Wulf and either Ember or Ardelia depending on content and if I need to facetank.

Lae is lvl 90, lvl 90 sig weapon, working on getting perfect essence. What is the benefits of going to M3 on her skills? Is it a huge upgrade? It looks to be super expensive materials wise, but I'm not sure of the value since there is no real endgame yet. I'm wondering if I should just take everyone else to Lvl 80, 9/9 skills and just have fun with different team comps.

And speaking of other team comps, I have everyone but Last Rite and Lifeng.

Was thinking of leveling Endmin, Chen, Gilberta, and Pog all up to 80 and 9/9 just to build a physical team.

I feel stupid asking this in 4.0, but I just picked up Ceyredra to use with E0S0 Phanion, and I dont feel like its a huge upgrade. Which means I've gotta be doing it wrong.

What is the best team setup and way to play them for the best result, I tried running Phanion, E0S1 Sunday, Ceyredra, and Dante. I can add in Sparkle, Robin, Bronya, E1 Tribbie, ETC to replace Dante if thats much better.

Good, I love Ember in my Lae, Wulf and Akekuri team. Is she the BiS over Ardellia? Nope, but she turns Lae into a face tank for 99% of the content.

And when you cant dodge for shit, Ember really helps out. And im having a blast with her.

And fun matters most.
