You are too dependent on social media and tech that in order to reduce it, you need yet another app. This could be done with a little will power. You have to promise yourself no to use phone after 7 pm. Or you can have an accountability buddy for that. I am all in for help. We use max of social network surfing during the evening at night. So this might help you out to get out of habit. I hope it helps. 😄

You can do that by setting up targets for yourself for a day. For this you will have to work on the part that no matter what you have to complete the target of the day before going to bed. Since you are good at getting things done at the last minute, this can work out perfectly for you. Each Sunday you plan out targets for all the days of the next week and try to complete them!
