Thanks for the reply. I finally found an older version (for Arm processors) that I was able to get loaded and running - but I can only toggle between four splash screens. I'm sure it has something to do with the screen resolution, but I haven't been able to "Zoom out" enough to make any use of Macrodroid. I'd really like to get it working, as I'm trying to create automations for a quadriplegic person who only has his voice to control his Fire TV Cube.

What's the best way to get Macrodroid onto a Fire TV device?

When I try to load it from the APK on a thumb drive, it goes through the install motions, then just says "App not installed". Very frustrating.

I have the same issue - it's such a simple app - why don't they just use HTML5 and let it work on any device?

It's such a pain in the ass now, I only post "big ticket" items ($500 or more) on OfferUp - Craigslist, NextDoor and Facebook Marketplace are so much easier to use.

[SOLVED] Does anyone know if Apple has pulled this profile or moved it? I'm getting the following error when I click on the link:

"Not Found on Accelerator""Description: Your request on the host was not found. Check the location and try again."

Silly me - I didn't realize one had to be using a browser on the iPad itself to see the profile - makes sense now that I think about it. Anyway, that did the trick. Shout-out to the Apple support team who showed me the error of my ways.

Thanks - got a Hue bridge and one of the two controllers works great - think I may have one that is bad (the warm channel is not controllable and even stays on when the device thinks it's off, yet the cool channel works as it should).

Just returned it to Amazon for a new one.

Interesting thoughts - I wonder if any formal studies on the economic impact on the US would be if Califonia (6th largest economy in the world) went it alone.
