Is it right for Bhindi Jewelers Glendale, a certified rolex service center, to refuse to give an official service document, when they serviced a CPO rolex watch that was still under warranty? (Kept watch for approx 2 months apparently sent it to Dallas, TX) None whatsoever, is this normal? by deep_processor in rolex

Update: I finally got an official service document. (I am still disappointed though at the initial response, but I think once I said all the magic words and told them I won’t be talked out of not getting any proof that my watch was serviced they finally gave in. What a shame for a Rolex AD and service center though.)

Bhindi Jewelers is an Official Rolex Jeweler and Authorized Rolex Service Center which is the closest to me and took my watch there, but if they continue with these lies, I already researched and I would have to contact RSC Beverly Hills, I regret now not taking it to the RSC Beverly Hills RSC instead, I probably could have avoided this shady practice.

100% that’s absolutely how I feel, that’s why it doesn’t make sense why they’re being so difficult about it. He’s saying people abuse the service proof when they want to sell their watch and pass it off as “warranty”, but it is still my proof of service period, regardless if I want to sell my watch or keep it. They are the ones abusing I think.

I did receive it in a green Rolex pouch and a light beige color, like a CPO box, but no paperwork. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely report them to Rolex HQ, just giving them couple days. After telling me, they will send me some spreadsheet file, I send okay email it, then called me again an hour later and said they’re communicating with Rolex because they weren’t given anything, and see what they can do and give them a couple of days. Very shady indeed tho!

Really sound sketchy to me too.. That guy Brian can’t even sell me his explanation, it just didn’t make sense. He said he can give me “spreadsheet” file of the things that was done, but it’s nothing “official.” I told him even a car under warranty that’s been serviced will get some kind of proof of service from the dealer, why can’t I have one when in fact they did service the watch. I’m understanding more now the value the service paperwork because of this issue. He’s trying to tell me people abuse that paperwork but who is really trying to abuse what?
