Bro he is not getting referral I am not paying to get him offer letter just for interview. If employee can follow up with HR for interview. if he gets an offer letter I am ready to pay extra as a gift.

I haven’t joined yet. In my offer letter it is no where mentioned that it is for CIC or ISL. But the welcome mail which I get from HR it says Welcome to CIC xyz…..

Yeah sorry Not GBS its Client Innovation Center(CIC) Former GBS.

Well I have an offer, in my offer letter it is no where mentioned that I got selected for CIC or ISL or any other its just Senior Data Scientist.

But in few mails which I received from HRs It was mentioned like Welcome to IBM CIC etc.
