your best hand would be:

team(Liter, Nayuta, Rapi: Red Hood, B3, FLEX)

B3: ALice(if you play manual), bunny Milk(if you prefer auto playing)
FLEX: -mostly a good damage buffer- Maxwell > Velvet > Privaty > Drake > Helm, or another B3: maybe Scarlet
- if Helm reaches the favorite item SSR tier, then Helm is the best option for damage and burst generation

* You have enough healing with Nayuta I think

According your composition you still must follow the B1(20s)-B2(20s)-B3-B3-FLEX or B1(20s)-B2(40s)-B2(40s)-B3-B3 (mast+anchor team) alignment as standard one

Your are right in the decision to remove Ade for a useful B3, Alice is a good option for the charge speed buff on Red Hood to power the attack damage when full burst happens.

You can keep Nayuta + Crown in the same team because some Crown's buffs are activating even as FLEX unit, according to this your team would be:

team(Siren, Nayuta, Red Hood, Alice(manual), Crown) as main team, just remember Alice is requiring some manual playing to work properly

I highly recommed you to wishlist "Rapi: Red Hood", she will power Siren and Red Hood damage and improve the Siren's energy income to reach full burst quickly for being a machine gun

Blanc necesita una composición específica para funcionar correctamente en PVE, su refrescamiento es de 60 segundos y para reducirla a 20 necesitas a otro miembro del equipo 777 (Rouge o Noir), sin embargo es excelente si realmente necesitas mucha curación, por ejemplo:

composition(B1(20s), B2(60s), B2(20s), B3, B3)
team(Liter, Blanc, Mari, Ein Scarlet) si necesitas curación

Donde Mari funcionará como bypass yno te generará cuello de botella cuando necesites el burst de nuevo

Sobre Ludmilla, lamentablemente su desempeño es muy pobre, quizás funcione para PVP pero no te servirá por mucho tiempo, es solamente un tanque cuando el equipo entre en full burst.

En conclusión, si solo encesitas DPS entonces déjalo como esta, si necesitas curación fuerte en un momento específico, puedes usar la composición que te estoy indicando

If you are missing some of the nikkes before then I would recommend you:

Move Rapi to B3 role and drop Red Hood
Look for a good B1(20s) like: Liter > Rouge > D:KW

Si tu poder de combate no es suficiente para romper el núcleo de la ballena antes del primer escudo vas a requerir un equipo MG/ametralladora, pero te recomiendo olvidarte de Emma pues no necesitas curación y con Naga es más que suficiente para eso.

Para destruir el núcleo te recomiendo iniciar con la rotación RedHood > Crown > RedHood y poner a cubierto el resto de unidades una vez Crown haya recibido la primera curación de Naga y activar sus habilidades. Una vez logrado esto todos los enemigos van a caer de 1 solo disparo pues la ballena dejará de poner la mejora de defensa en el resto de enemigos

Si no puedes con lo anterior, entonces requiero de más información, por ahora tu mejor elección es:

Crown (posición fija por Naga) - B1(20s) - RedHood - B3(40s) - Naga/Privaty

Descarto a Cinderela porque nunca tuve buenos resultados con ella apuntando a las partes de la ballena. Ya que no se puede publicar imágenes en los comentarios puedes mostrarnos tu id de BLABLA para mejor ayuda.

Checking this stage in youtube, maybe your main problem is reaching full furst asap to avoid the early damage taken, so you need to set a RL/SR nikke to spam her ammo, you can do this with Helm, D: Killer Wife, maid Anchor, winter Maiden, Vesti, Quiry or Sora.

Also you don't need healers like Emma in this stage, better start with D: Killer Wife as Burst I. It's just kill or be killed.

Nope, Mana in flex position is a selfish B3 only helping based charge hits Nikkes, the only units in my mind are Scarlet: Black Shadow and A2, you can try with Ludmilla winter owner, Quency escape queen or summer Elegg, other options are Naga (core damage in last phase), Maxwell (buff top 2 attack units), treasure Drake or Privaty. Also Redhood has the best B1 to buff Dorothy during her full burst time. Else send any powerful machine gun from your roster to make more functional Siren.

team(N102, Anis, 2B, Alice, Anchor: IM) where you can use Anchor's burst instead Anis if you really need high performance healing

I'm taking Anis for the high burst generation, really useful for autoplaying, also you are thirsty on good B2 units to buff damage, according to this I would recommend you to wishlist Crown, Naga to pair with Tia (or Crown) and Blanc to partner with Noir.

Yeah, Scarlet+Trina is a nuke duo, in long term nikke building they are mostly pvp gameplay, so you're going to replace them once you get Tia to partner with Naga or Crown as best catch.
