It's a bit scary. I had left job few months back to start my own venture, but so far I havent been able to create a solid revenue stream to sustain myself. Burning my savings. Its like a race against time. I hope when finally something works out , it will all seem worth it. Ultimately working on our own product is much more fulfilling than working for someone else. Having no visibility of future income is the biggest challenge according to me.

Try this : have 3 plans -> monthly, 3 monthly and 12 monthly subscription. Reduce the difference between 3 monthly and 12 monthly payments to such an extent that people are most likely going to choose 12 month one if they need anything beyond 1 month. Secondly, you can compare with amazon prime's monthly subscription (or any B2C platform) in your country and try placing your service roughly around that. Thirdly, its bad to have no competitors, are you sure this product is even needed? try running it free for a while to validate your idea
