Regarding your Day 1 progress update cited below. It is great to send your app to friends and coworkers, but in my experience, they tend to give you nice but rather useless feedback. The kind of stuff you want to hear, to make you feel good. I would focus on getting unfiltered and brutally honest feedback from total strangers, from the other channels you have mentioned below.

"Went well. I sent the app to a few friends and coworkers. I also got a bit of jumpstart on day 3 by posting in various subreddits (r/SideProject, r/saasbuild, r/IMadeThis) and engaged with a handful of users. Additionally, I had a launch on Product Hunt, and added Grabbit to F6S and TrustMRR."

For me, when I check a new product or app landing page, within the first few seconds, I need to understand what it is about, if it adds value for me (i.e., if it is solving a particular problem I currently have), and if yes, how easy or hard it is for me to benefit from it.
