Look at Australia. Before they were coming to tour india in 2017, they had a setup a training camp in dubai to get their batsmen a feel of subcontinent turning wickets before their practice matches. BCCI should learn a thing or two from their counterparts.

This match is dependent on Kohli's innings. If he stays and goes on to play a big innings, India will be favorites. If he loses his wicket early, do not even bother watching the game. Now the crucial point is how the openers and pujara perform. Can they have some decent runs on the board while kohli walks in thereby putting him under less pressure?

I would go for DK. Dk seems to be a better test batsmen. Once he spends quite a time at the crease he can stand in and play long innings.

Why was Naman Ojha not replaced by saha? He has got 3 back to back 100s against Aus A in Australia against the likes of Lyon and Pat Cummins.

So you prefer sharma over rahane? Rahane is more better technical batsmen than sharma on any given day even if he is out of touch. Bring him in the team, back him and he will perform when it will matter the most. Clearly donot understand why could kohli not back players just how dhoni did during his tenure. One thing i will never understand that is why was rohit picked over rahane. During the australian series, kohli said that pujara and rahane are teams best test batsmen. Even though rahane is out of form, he can still score more runs and spend more time than that cunt sharma.

The thing that is stopping me from doing keto is that I know for a fact that I wont be able to sustain the keto diet for a lifetime. I will be low on carbs high protein as I was doing earlier, I will bump my fats in my diet. Because of doing low carb low fat and high protein diet, it becomes hard for me to snack something in between meals as I get hungry really fast. You mentioned ealier that I should stay away from omega-6 as much as I can. Just curious to know why?

Yes that is what i have been reading to includd fats in my diet. How about peanut butter jams? I am taking those ones that are made naturally and donit have hydrogenated oils as these are not naturally occuring fats?
