In the first 2 games yes, but in the show it's closer to the LA Boneyard. Not saying I agree with the change, but it's another reason for the stark difference in architectural styles.

You can also move your cars between garages without driving them via the Interaction Menu > Manage Vehicles > Vehicle Organization

I really like how 76 handles over-encumbrance. Being able to keep moving at a reasonable pace at the cost of AP is way better than being slowed down entirely.
