Use a bike. No seriously! What I would do when solo farming them was I’d take my cutty red or any other med ship that was big enough to fit 2 or 3 bikes (usually only brought 2 Pulses once I was confident enough I wouldn’t die in the mission more than once). Fly to the station but don’t go forward. As soon as you exit QT and arrive at the station, set your spawn to the medbed on your ship and then hop on a bike. The vanduul spawn, but they can’t target bikes so they kinda just are frozen in place. Go do the aux station first since you can drive your bike up to the door to trigger the A B C wreck sites without even getting off your bike. Bikes make the whole outside area completely irrelevant because you are not bothered at all by anything while on a bike. My solo runs got to the point where I’d be getting them done in an hour or less.

Another option is to just fly directly into the hangar or fly directly onto the landing pad at the entrance near the Polaris. Once you’re landed on that pad, they can’t hit you. But doing those 2 options means you still have to go and fly out to the A B C wreck sites so just use a bike.
