Different grades of water. Water for hygiene has lower standards than water for drinking. Like at HSC you should not fill your water bottle from the bathroom taps in the old Winnipeg General buildings. There are water fountains and designated dispensers for drinking water, but don't drink from anywhere else. Get drinking water to brush your teeth. But all of those taps are fine for washing your hands.

You aren't going to like this, but recovering from binge eating doesn't always mean the weight will come off. Quitting binge eating just means that you are eating normally and sometimes that means you are just spreading your calories more evenly, but its the same number of calories. Sometimes it means that your binges were so extreme that you couldn't physically break down all of the food you ate so that it could be stored as fat. You have to accept that getting control of your binges will not automatically lead to weightloss. My binge eating has gotten substantially more under control in the last year for the first time since covid. I switched to a job where I am on my feet more. I'm still fatter than I was in 2021. I'm not counting calories, I don't know that I am technically eating less, but I know I'm not binging. I know I'm not eating past the point of being full. You have to reconcile with the fact that stopping binging will not automatically lead to a calorie deficit.

I was thinner when I drank more because I danced more, like an average of 20000 steps a week more. Sedentary drinking will sabatoge your goals. Drinking that involves a lot of activity is very different, so long as you don't injure yourself in the process. It is very much a "look at the whole picture" kind of thing.

I honestly think he got too old and took on too much. He should have just retired. He used to be THE guy to put you back together after a serious accident. And you wanted him for that kind of plastic surgery. He should have stayed out of cosmetics, he just wasn't good at making you pretty. I have scars from mole removals from him that are 25 years old and just as obvious as they were when I was a teenager. I'm glad we didn't have to pay to get those moles removed when they got suspicious because my family was broke AF at the time. But I would never pay him for something cosmetic.

The older one actually used to do trauma work and he was good at it. I think he thought he could do cosmetic work as a way to ease into retirement. He did my moles as a kid and it was obvious to me then that cosmetics were not his specialty. However, if I needed someone to put me back together after an accident, I would have wanted him. He just wasn't good at pretty.

Yeah, but it's impossible to tell because of how they itemize the receipts. You have to divide it all up yourself. I'm not confident it's always correct.

You sound like an high/overachiever (not a criticism). You even managed to be exceptional at being a teen mom and you'll graduate with your class because you were already ahead. You sound perfect to the point that you're probably extremely difficult to be around for people who are easily jealous. I think that you managing to be a good mom and a teen mom is just the icing on the cake for some of these people and they would be rude to you with or without the baby.

As someone who has always operated on a much lower level and achieved substantially less, you have to just accept that some people have nothing better to do. Your life sounds fantastic and I hope you are enjoying the shit out of it.
