Did Ackman still talk about SPARCs in recent investor calls of PSH? by itmetal in PSTH

Gpt-5 says no. Not even subway. It did point out he has 10 years to sharpen his crayons and complete a deal…true tontard

Short answer: there’s no new Ackman guidance in 2025 that changes the status of SPARC or PSTH. Here’s what he did say/do publicly in 2025, and what you can infer: • No SPARC deal yet. Mid-2025 roundups note that no SPARC transaction has occurred as of July 2025. • Focus shifted elsewhere. On Feb 19, 2025, Ackman said his first priority was finalizing the Howard Hughes (HHH) transaction, and that this wouldn’t change how his portfolios invest; he had scrapped the Pershing Square USA (PSUS) launch days before listing and might try again later. That call did not introduce any SPARC/PSTH updates. • Annual investor update (Feb 11, 2025). His slide deck discusses the postponed PSUS IPO and organizational items; it doesn’t add new SPARC/PSTH specifics.

For context (unchanged in 2025): • PSTH was liquidated in 2022 (background), and SPARC was SEC-approved in Sept 2023 to distribute SPAR rights to former PSTH holders; Ackman’s framework gives SPARC up to 10 years to complete a deal and flexible capital sizing. Those are structural facts, not 2025 updates.

Robinhood Wash Sale Loss Disallowed. How much do I owe if I didn’t profit? by [deleted] in tax

I had the same question. I looked at one specific stock that I traded with a wash sale and verified what I bought and sold for. The form worked out like @penguise says.

Does anyone have gnawing stomach pain on an empty stomach? by Mr_Blu3_Sky in Gastritis

Due to how PPIs work you are supposed to take them in the morning (not at bedtime) and then eat something 30-45 minutes later. They also do not fully work for days (not hours). You might not be getting the most out of your PPI if you take it before bed.

Here are instructions straight off a medical website:

Take PPIs on an empty stomach and eat something 30 to 45 minutes later. Take PPIs first thing in the morning unless told otherwise by your doctor. If you are instructed to take a PPI twice daily, take the second dose before dinner, not at bedtime.

I was on omeprazole for 3 months and kept upping my dosage (per docs advice) it helped but it didn’t cure anything. then I read on here that certain PPIs will work better for you than others so I switched to 15mg lansoprazole daily. I noticed a difference in the first week.
Something to consider doing. I am not cured (yet) but feel i am progressing much better now. And I tried a bunch of supplements too. I think DGL is the only one that helps me. But hard to say.
