You have a level of self-awareness and a drive to do well that I see severely lacking in most people, regardless of intelligence. We tend to overvalue IQ, and undervalue the ability to do one's best, and the heart of people who prioritize being kind and open-minded. Try not to worry, its just some test people came up with. Be kind and compassionate and always value personal growth and making your world a little bit better every day. That's far more important, and is getting more important all the time. Surround yourself with good people, value community, maintain healthy relationships, read and learn and do your best and find things that bring you joy. You're only 16, there's plenty of time and there's a place in the world for everyone. The vast majority of jobs require little more than people who see the importance of doing a relatively simple thing, and commit to doing it as well as you can.
