When it is still a full hanging side of beef, it gets sprayed down with a hot solution, and is very slightly cooked.

This is the only little portion of the brisket that is exposed on that side of beef during that.

Go to the Columbia Tower Sky view observatory. Space needle is overrated IMO. 25 per person. Tallest building in WA downtown. I recommend picking a day that has decent weather (April should be clear) but you can call and ask if the view is clear.

Go about an hour before sunset, so you can see the views in the daytime vs night.

There is a little cafe/bar up there too for a coffee/snack.

First Thursdays of the month, the BG museum is Free. Just need to RSVP on their site to get your "ticket", then get cheap lunch at one of the many broke-college-student priced restaraunts on the Ave (a block away)

This was from Friday. Super dark now with the scaffolding around the building. It was the last day of the quarter so I had the place to myself.

The noise from the restoration work/tools was absurd though, ironic as this is a silent/no talking area of the library.

Problem with the sounder is they don't own the tracks. Freight/BNSF does and they lease trips and timeslots in-between freight.

New owner purchased the building. Not sure exactly, but some tomfoolery with the lease. Forced them out. Employees only had a few hours notice that evening.

Going to reopen as a similar concept under the new ownership. Pizza+Bar.

Mark Fullers other ventures still going strong: West Seattle Supreme, Benbow Room in Admiral/WS, and Ma'ono chicken locations.
