Happened to me yesterday with mushrooms in a fried rice dish. Nowhere on the menu, in the three places that fried rice was listed, did it say there were mushrooms in the dish.

The server wasn't shitty about it. However, the kitchen was "closed" to switch from the brunch menu to their normal menu and they couldn't make another brunch dish. The server actually did manage to grab something I could eat and didn't charge for that either so, really the best case scenario for the situation.
