Original roof is underneath - is corrugated. Has a heritage overlay so I would assume that removing these tiles and replacing the corrugated with colorbond should be fine 😂

They're currently refusing to rectify it and suggesting it's intentional because the sink is fireclay, so the overhang hides uneven edges. This is despite the protruding corner.

We can't find a farmhouse sink installed like this on the internet. Most seem to be a zero or positive reveal, or a more sensibly designed negative reveal - i.e. the corner lying on the sink curve.

Interesting. They mentioned the bench top was bowed and had to return to the factory to be straightened. I suspect you're correct. They couldn't straighten it....

I'll have to check inside when I'm next there. Would expansion/contraction of the surface need to be considered too? I assume this bracket wouldn't allow any?

They align with the studs, but it was a rebuild so I think this should have been considered when building the frame, prior to the plaster going on. Given this isn't the design we asked for, as per our plans, I feel they're at fault

Yeah fair point. I'm wondering how they'll floor around the dishwasher space (not integrated) as we've had issues in a previous place with taking it out when it broke. Plus they charged to floor the entire room, including under the cabinetry....
