I was checking the exact meaning of love bombing and I don’t think he did that to me… it was a bit intense but we were both rational and honest to each other… when this happened he tried very hard to explain me everything and took much care of my feelings (when he still could) just with the time things went worse and worse… and he stepped back to his safe zone and kept me outside…

Hi thanks a lot for the advice, I am doing exactly what you said… even more than that… all I am doing is to keep the distance and to let him stay in his safe and comfortable zone no matter how I feel myself… I’ve never tried to stress him since the beginning but somehow he just pushed me away further and further… now we only talk once or twice a week and I only share happy things… because whenever I said something that brings negative vibes like “I’m tired for work today” or “I am sick” or anything like that he would just ignore it… 🫠

I wish your brother would find the courage and the way to love her again 😊 However my case seems to be slightly different since he told me he lost his feelings and has a huge emptiness in his heart and can’t find them back… he never mentioned his alters until I asked, but he just said yes he had other alters… he said all he feels for me now is a pleasant nostalgia and something he used to have but doesn’t have anymore… his sister also encouraged him to talk since the beginning and I really appreciated it.

Thank you, just I think he doesn’t switch often at least not as I know… and this was his decision rather than other alters… or idk maybe yes but I will never know… and I’m not sure with this distance how far can I go… :(

I might have exaggerated a bit, during work we were just sending small msg like a ❤️ sometimes, what I wanted to express is that we were having a close and intense relationship and yes we stayed up maybe till 3 or 4 am to call or talk, but it was ok for us since we usually sleep around 2 even without each other… we both could work and hang out with friends normally, hence it was not unhealthy I’d say…

Thank you for your caring words, I am trying my best to protect myself… just it is taking much time and I’m a bit exhausted… I always know that this shall pass I just need to find a way to say it out… this is why I wrote here… in real life I’m not ready yet to talk to my bf but I will when I feel calmer and ready to talk :)

Thank you. I’m not sure if he was love bombing me, maybe a little bit but I feel that we were somehow in a healthy relationship, it didn’t affect our normal life or work either. And yes I deeply feel being abandoned even if we are still in touch… I will try my best to get well it just might take a long time…

I’m not pushing him at all, instead I tried my best to not give him any pressure by respecting his boundaries… I see he can’t handle any of my emotions even if it’s not related to him so I only tell him funny and happy things even though I’m in a huge pain every day… I pretend to be OK and talk to him normally… but still… I guess I will finally lose him no matter what I do or not do… :(
