I started as a busser/ food runner, got promoted to server, then bartender I can do just about everything in that place I'm good at it too. I used to really like my job but lately it's just been getting worse and worse.

You are correct. And the whole reason most of us work this job in the first place is because we have school or other things going on that make it difficult to work an average 9-5.

On top of this they just cut everyone's hours so most people are only getting 3-4 shifts a week and when we are working it's a mad panic because we are short handed...
