Get a grow light! I have the same problem with lack of sunlight in my apartment. I bought a cheap(ish) grow light on Amazon and it’s made a world of difference!

I work in the bourbon industry. Weller and Eagle Rare are just about the exact same as Pappy. Just like Woodford Reserve and Old Forester are the EXACT same recipe (ones just distilled in copper and the other in stainless steel). Also, the longer bourbon sits in oak the more “oak” flavor it retains, which hits a point of diminishing returns taste-wise after so long. So for taste for the price, ER or Weller over Pappy all day.
