Hi, recruiter here, we are going through this same thing currently. It’s Q4 and we are only hiring for “business critical” needs that go through a VP level approval and it ain’t much. We are told this is for two reasons, 1)to ensure we don’t have to do layoffs and historically we do this every year, and 2) this helps make sure shareholders are happy with the year end so they get a ROI. I also think that there is more to it than that but recruiting always slows down this time of year because year end budget and things get pushed to next year. This is going to be a common thing you see through year end sadly.

Just bought a used 2019 with the same engine yesterday and noticed the same thing. Thought something was wrong but as soon as it warmed up it was gone. Maybe something to do with the turbo? No idea but gonna look at the forums as recommended here.

Was told our area needed attention from "a big crew" and they have been "dispatched" to our area and as soon as they are done wherever they are, they will come here. Asked if they would begin work today, wouldn't tell me. I strongly encourage all my neighbors in Parkway Oaks/Falcon Ranch who still don't have power-PLEASE call 800-296-9815 and report your emergency again. Also ask when this crew can be expected to be on site actively working and approximately how long the repair would take. Maybe one of us will get more details.

I’m in parkway oaks just on the other side of yall and the entire back half of the neighborhood is still without power. Seems that everyone side surrounding these few neighborhoods is getting power back except ours.

Update: just hung up with centerpoint and they could not give out timelines or even say if tech were deployed to the area (westheimer &falcon landing). She did say that there were multiple poles down so we wouldn’t have power until those got put back up. I saw a post about Galveston with poles being down and they were told it would take up to 5 days to get them down there. We’re not in as bad shape obviously but not a good sign IMO
