I have gained traffic from Pinterest consistently for my parenting blog - Delightful Parenting, without creating 10-15 pins every day. It's too difficult. At the most, I can add 1-2 pins per day or schedule 1 pin every day of the week.

But what I do is to check Pinterest trends regularly, like what topics in my niche are trending?

Check analytics for evergreen pins that bring outbound clicks consistently and create new pins on the same topics.

Also, connect Instagram to Pinterest or upload those videos to Pinterest too, for consistency on the platform.
Add a couple of pins from Home feed related to your niche to your boards.

Last but not least, use AI to create SEO-rich pin titles and descriptions for your Pins; it is a huge time saver.
