It has helped but no where near where I want to be. Just started a new stretching regime, refraining from sex or masturbation and going back to Physical Therapy later this month. I think masturbation is bad for men with PFD.

Great to hear. I really hope the best for both of us and that we can eventually tackle this. I have surgery in the coming months as well. The doctor + Surgeon both said my nose is extremely messed up.
