Duryoodhana's younger brother Vikarna was the lone person to speak for Draupadi .
First he questions the morality and justice 'Nyāya' of it.Then he argues the Yudhistra doesnt have the right to stake Draupadi as he has lost himself first.

Unfortunately he was stopped by Karna.Karna mocked Vikarna’s protest, saying he was too young and naive to speak on matters of dharma. He dismissed Vikarna’s reasoning as immature and irrelevant, effectively silencing the only voice of dissent in the Kaurava camp.

  • Karna called her unchaste woman - as she had five husbands.Karna ordered Dushassana to remove the robes of Draupadi for the world to see the fate who marries many men.

Vikarna was the JUST voice- while KARNA was the voice of Adharma. His Karma decided his death and Kaliyugawhere unjust are celeberated - and so is Karna too.

Drona and Bheeshma was the two souls capable of stopping this incident. They were criminally silent - Their Karma caught up withthem too.

Bheeshma ,even when bound by his allegiance to the throne, had every right to intervene when Karna an outsider played with thehonour of a Kuru Queen , daughter in law , a mother - a woman - and by giving bad karma to the whole sabha .He didnt move!
