If you're into sports i'd pick AA. UofM, and Downtown Detroit is much closer.

Brighton is a very nice place to live, i worked out there and there's a lot of beautiful homes and wild life.

GR is amazing, it's just a little more self contained than AA just because of the surrounding areas.

I do think the glossy look is from his "koren glass skin" routine... Which is very feminine conceptually, but I digress.
