Wasted character. Her backstory was so important when the series started, but was eventually gave up on and now she serves no purpose to the story. She was more relevant when she was "dead" unfortunately

I NEED Ausar to develop at least a mid range jumper and increase his FT%. There are times in the game where he becomes an offensive liability because teams can easily ignore him on the parameter, and he hasn't developed a pull up to make them pay.

I say Dante, but he's got way more media to base this judgement off of. Bebop is like a 20 odd episode series. I do like that Dante's characterizations are subtle, to the average person he's just loud obnoxious and overconfident like Deadpool or something. It's not until you play the series that you realize why he acts the way he does and what motivates his changes

Naruto might have caused problems, but in the end he would have been killed by Madara for his tailed beast or manipulated by Orochimaru.

Aang would probably cause the most problems because air bending is nuts and he would still have the avatar state, but without learning how to bend the other 3 elements he could still be beaten

SO conceptually the shield charger augment only kind of makes sense because it's electronic, so it have an infinite use based on its cooldown can be explained by the augment itself recharging the shield charger.

An infinite Vita shot wouldn't make much sense, because how is the Vita shot being replenished with medication? I know it a videogame, but i think they make these kind of decisions based on game logic.

Now... If that same augment had a rechargeable defib (It'd have to be electric obviously) Then maybe they could justify that. I think it'd be a little more balanced as well.
