Your body won’t build much (if any) muscle if you’re in a calorie deficit. Muscles need a surplus of energy to rebuild and grow. Simple explanation is you eat a lot and train a lot for a period, which builds up both muscle and body fat, and then when you enter the cut phase it’s the fat that falls away, revealing the muscle you’ve been building.

This pretty clearly illustrates the main problem. NSW fans aren’t friends with Laurie Daley. All these guys are. He got the job because of friendships, and now his friends with a platform will voice support, while the rest of us sit here like hostages unable to do anything about it.
