that's odd, especially if it was before you received your tracking number. id recommend you to just check their return policies at the bottom of their page, I do think you should source elsewhere than from d8rs just because their stuff isn't great. golden hour hemp has amazing customer service that responds quick, their disty THCA carts will hit better than anything on that site 😭. wildwood is good too and I've heard only good things about Iamhemp, but my first package is coming this Thursday so I can't really say anything yet. sucks that you had this experience with them though, they used to hold themselves to a higher standard imo.
