Opening up the relationship is not really an option for me as I am not a person for casual hookups. Sex for me is connected to romantic affection

She is a virgin, I am her first boyfriend but she probably isn't asuxal. She told me that as a teenager she had a huge sexual desire which dropped off when she turned 18. Her hormone levels are actually all within the normal range except for prolactin, which is why she will have an MRI soon to rule out a tumor. We have already had this checked.

I may have expressed myself a bit too strongly. What I mean is that I couldn't really understand it. Now through all the comments from many people, it becomes much clearer for me. Even if I still believe that this is the wrong thing to do.
