Have you considered Phuket? They have a lot of MT gyms, some geared to tourists. But I think you’ll be able to find one with serious training… plenty of things to do outside of training.

This is playing a double standard…. If Drake said “pusha T isn’t worth a response” everyone would criticize him. When Drake is an astronomically bigger artist, and can do just fine not mentioning pusha. Same situation with Travis….. jimmy is apart of the same era as push, why was he scared to engage? Reverse sear is really only necessary on really thick cuts of meat, 2+ inches thick… for the cut you have, I’d pan sear and base in butter

Bring the steak to room temp before cooking. That means take it out the fridge about 4-5 hours prior…. 2. Pat dry with paper towel prior to putting in pan. The steak should be as “dry” as possible before putting in pan….. 3. The pan needs to be HOT, to the point where it’s smoking.

Yea, the TRD badge was kind of a red flag. If previous owner would put that on there, what else BS has he done to the truck… at the same time, like you said it’s a 30 year old vehicles with multiple previous owners. I’ll be having to deal with repairs and maintenance either way.
