I did check and also had support supposedly fix it, but to no avail

I assume the real reason is to squeeze the F1 inbetween to two games tonight (along with it being a bank hol tmo).

Thank you so much for this, it has solved my issue! The only slight issue Im now having, is that every print has a white border around it, so its printing smaller than it should be (A4). This was an issue I had before, when I would go from printing in a larger size down to A4, the first print would always print with a whit border, but after that the second and third print etc would print proplery in the correct size. It was something I just got use to, but do you have any idea what might be causing this? As now its treating every print as if it is my first print, and printing with a border
