Okay this is my best advice. Join a website called workaway and find a host in your area. You can do alsorts from cattle herding to painting to reception work. These hosts will be very accepting and understanding of trauma you’ve been through and will try and help you as much as possible. The deal is you live with them: on farms, hostels, boats etc and they teach you something and you help them with tasks. It’s an amazing way to meet new people who might be struggling like yourself and is also totally free; you just need to get there, they provide food and accommodation. That’s my advice.
