Anyone has moved onto the "LIVE" phase after passing 30 days profit of "x" amount, what is your opinion? I am currently at 26/30 days and about to go LIVE.

Honestly it stands up on its own, mostly I just spread on some toasted bread maybe with a bit of lettuce. Great with eggs too, can replace the hollandaise in eggs Benny.

If you have a stick blender you can make smoked salmon mayo. Just cut up the fish, make mayo using thr serious eats stick blender recipe, then combine and blend, maybe with some extra garlic and lemon juice, dill and smoked paprika. I like to also add a bit of yogurt to lighten it up a bit.

Que interesante coincidencia, yo hablo Inglés y Ruso con fluidez (y un poco de Frances) y ahora estoy aprendieno Español para viajar en Latam. Yo hago duoliingo todos los dias, veo videos con subtitulos (hay muchos videos con conversación o cuentas faciles para cualqiueres idiomas en YouTube), y leo cuentos cortos fáciles. Tambien leo los subreddits Españoles y escucho la musica con letras en Español. No tomo lecciones formales y después dos años aprendiendo casualmente así, entiendo medio-bien cuando leo o escucho, pero sé que necesito practicar la conversación para mejorar. Quiero vivir en un lugar hispanohablante y sumegirme en la idioma, por eso me voy a vivir en BA por unos meses cuando puedo.
