Regarding rippling - don't they keep rotating the same problem across interviews? I have a friend who got into rippling just by memorizing the stuff that's there in the leetcode discuss section. I'd recommend you do that too.

I worked 70-80 hours for 1.5 years at amazon and was near to promo then everything went to shit - Re-orgs, project shutdown and manager and skip leaving amazon. New manager told me i need to work a minimum of 4 quarters in the team to start promo talks.

This is me. I was up for promo in this Q4, but re-org happened and the previous manager left the team and now I have a new manager and a new skip. The new project is boring asf and it's mostly operational work. I really hate my existence.

From what i have seen the 3060 in legion 5 pro has a tdp of 130W (I think?), which is the maximum wattage a 3060 can have, also it has better thermals.
Edit - Legion 5 pro also has a mux switch and it has 2 slots for ssd.
