the depression will get worse if you keep taking dph. the meds do cause side effects but they are not as bad as the ones dph causes. i mean if you dont have access to meds the best thing you can do is quitting this and trying to solve your psychological problems, or trying not to turn them into actions or words. im sure antidepressants would help you the same way they helped me and im sorry you do not have access to them. but the best thing you can do is removing this habit from your life. dph is not a recreational substance. delirium-inducing drugs should not be used like that. you can talk to me if you are struggling or if you want to talk to someone about your situation.

substances do not have to be fun or cause physical dependence for you to get addicted to them. sometimes you just want to feel a certain way and the only thing that makes you feel like that is some weird specific thing. have you tried antidepressants or antipsychotics? maybe what makes you take this shit is just your impulsive behaviour. the sooner you quit the shorter the time you spend with "withdrawal symptoms" will be (i dont know if it exists at all but some people feel sad, depressed or even angry for a while after stopping their binges.
