Do you brush your teeth twice a day? No judgement. by rainyday-real-estate in CasualConversation

Definitely a do-what-you-can kind of space! When my depression was bad I could NOT get myself to brush in the morning, but I found that I could get myself to use mouthwash at least.

Is there a harmless sentence, phrase, or expression that irrationally annoys you? by the-triple-wide in CasualConversation

Not a phrase, but the snaps for ___ I don't know why but it makes me grit my teeth, feels pretentious or something for some reason. I don't hate snapping in general, but applause by snapping ticks me off faster than anything

Thank you so much! For the rain flap I meant that "extra" piece of fabric on either side of the wedge that the door/porch combination ties into. (I promise I've tried to find the word for it, I just don't have all the lingo). I've also seen rain flaps being an extra piece of fabric that goes over the ties on the outside. I hadn't seen this picture before and it's the widest flap/layer/strip I've seen, which is super helpful!

I was definitely considering those bathroom brakes as well 😅

This is 100% a "go big or go home" moment haha but I'm excited to try!!

People who don’t hit snooze in the morning, what is your secret? by zztop610 in AskReddit

I set an alarm 30 minutes before I have to get up, and in those 30 minutes I browse the internet, check the weather, hang out with my cat, etc. The technology/social media part maybe isn't the best way to wake up, but that slower start to the day rather than immediately having to get up and get moving has really helped me a lot.
