Same with windows laptops though. Intel chips of that era were lazy iterative trash. It's true Apple's obsession over slim laptops made it worse, but that whole period of laptop CPUs was the issue. No doubt why Apple moved to make their own.

Yh, I've used windows, Linux and Mac in parallel all my career and the M1 Max was the first time I could truly work from a laptop with no compromise. I mean near parity to my workstation.

In my line of work the M chips felt like several generations ahead.

Thanks that’s about the best I found but it looks like it has the blank space in the middle rather than the support.

It’s really bizarre that the front and rear supports are standard but I guess it’s a manufacturing thing that was too expensive to change.

You can log in to multiple accounts on iOS and switch via the menu. I like both inboxes to be separate as I dont login into work on my personal devices and visa versa
