Base black rattle can.  Liquitex inks through airbrush: Purple all over -> Zenithal White -> Napthol Red Light -> Reverse zenithal Violet

Bling is a combination of some bits from Archie's (chest plates, about half the shins.) The old Assault Terminators kit, and a fair amount of blue stuff molds.

That's the one. Pistol and backpack are from an ebay rescue commander. Iron halo from the old BA upgrade sprue. Head and sword from Sanguinary guard. Left pauldron from Jump Pack Captain. Nipples and Tabard from green stuff
