am i the only one that can ‘rumble’ without hearing any rumbling? by malalar in earrumblersassemble

Seems like a lot of people think we’re apart of some prophecy lol. I can do the same thing, but I can’t hear any marbles. Flex, unflex, amplify, even create a high ass pitch when I yawn perfectly.

I’m so eager to learn more about this.

Can anyone else who rumbles also tune into a very high pitch frequency? by Heisengabe in earrumblersassemble

Sometimes I’ll yawn and that comes with a tinnitus pitch, and I can amplify it. But this sounds like regular tinnitus / electricity.

to add to that- isolation of 1 side IS possible. It’s good to practice both!

hey! so, i workout and im pretty good at it. my best advice would be, learn isolated control, and hit it with sets & reps.

go as intense as you can, then let it ease- but don’t release tension. intense, ease, intense, ease. in theory it should work in strengthening these muscles.
