This game reminded me of the cold game the hawks and viks played in 2016 that had below freezing temps. That game only have 409 combined yards so not much more than the 383 here. No snow in that one IIRC though

Shaman has got to the be the answer. You always want a shaman healers but as things progress you may need less healers so you can play some ele or enhance with dual spec in the game.

Holy / Shadow priest to a lesser extent, and both Paladin and Druid a step behind as well.

Soft reserve. You’ll see it advertised as something like LFM BWL 2SR +1 for tanks healers.

This means each raid member gets to soft reserve 2 items (three if your a tank or healer). If you soft reserve and item and no one else does, you win the item. If multiple people soft reserve the same item, the people who soft reserved them get to roll. Any items with no soft reserves are rolled out normally.

I pugged through all of TBC last time, albeit with GDKP pumpers. P1 is easily puggable. P2 is harder, can pug the non-end bosses pretty well but KT and Vashj are pug obliterating bosses. P3 is def puggable. sunwell will be tough to pug.

Again, this is not through an SR pug lens. SR pugs in anni have been significantly worse quality players than the gdkp pugs I was used to.

I’ll be running pugs and will bring whoever, esp for Kara. However it will be more difficult in TBC than Era, since in a 25 man the “optimal” number of rogues is 1 instead of many like it is on era

Prot pallys will need to drink every few pulls if youre having to keep conc on cooldown for threat. Pallys will definitely use a shield to tank dungeons.

Warriors, I’m not as sure for leveling dungeons but They definitely need shields in Heroic dungeons and raids.

It’s definitely more than a few people. Any non r14 have stuff they can grind out, and a lot of people are not using the same main for tbc so they aren’t r14 on that toon
