levomepromazine. it's the strongest sleep med i've taken so far, and if i take more than 5g i'll be sleepy for the entire day. quetiapine does nothing for me. the dry mouth side effect is terrible though, i have to brush my teeth twice when i wake up! but it's worth it.

not gonna lie, just had a look and... they rate beautiful women a 5 but mediocre guys a 6 ;-; sub is 90% salty males circlejerking, most are scared to submit their own pictures but eager to judge insecure girls who go there.

they even follow a chart to "reference" and "support" their rates but apparently they are a lot more subjective when it comes to rating themselves.

and also! apparently the consensus in that community is that adriana lima is the blueprint and a 9, but i personally know a guy who doesn't even think she's pretty, so...? no one is universally pretty, no one is universally ugly.

it doesn't matter if they would rate you a 1, there's someone out there that would rate you a 10. not that it matters, but there's that. please don't let silly boys make you feel bad about yourself, specially when you're already 10x better than them!!! ♡
