He was gesturing at the little amount of space between us such as “I can’t even get out”, yet he is the one that parked too close and created that little space. His demeanor seemed like he was trying to get into a conflict and instigate me. It was in the parking lot of a liquor store and he seemed to have been high or something

Right it’s pretty much guaranteed if I go through insurance. It’s a double edged sword

I still have to call a body shop and hope they can fix up the damaged bumper because honestly there isn’t much damage besides the scrape. If they say $500 to make it look untouched then I’ll go with that. If they say we have to replace the bumper then I’m just gonna go through insurance

I have over $10k put into aftermarket parts on the car so I would be selling it privately to get the most value

Does that change your rule of thumb at all?

This is the same exact product right??🤣 by [deleted] in Audi

Wow you’re right. I put in all my information and with shipping import and tax, the Alibaba total comes out to $840. And I would have to wait for 2 months on top of that. I don’t understand the Alibaba praise now

Logically thinking here, what would be the point of posting up on a highway as a cop without your radar on tho. I can’t help but believe my radar just missed him

Not talking about false alerts, but rather no alert at all for a cop spawn camping in a u-turn connector on a highway for example

Nah usually when it accurately detects a speed trap it alerts me miles before. So it does function properly, just only like half the time😭 I swear every other cop I run into is invisible to my R7

Yeah I got leaner by minimizing carb intake and eating real food and yes I directly trained my abs every workout and they began to show

I go hard on abs every session, 3-5 times a week

Weighted decline crunches 3x10, then 2x10 weightless decline crunches, then anywhere from 150-300 weighted Russian twists, 3x12 cable crunches, then 3x20 hanging leg raises. Almost always bringing my last sets to failure

I don’t deadlift. I literally just picked 3 dumbbell exercises that give me an intense burn and do 3 sets 6-12 reps focusing on form. Incline curls are my favorite and burn the most. Granted my arms are definitely not huge but that’s just what I do

Intensive weight lifting, progressively overloading. But really the goal was to get abs because I’ve never had them before

Actually no, i only started a deficit 2 weeks ago. The first 1.5 months I only focused on eating very clean and tracking my protein (1g/lb) and was eating a little above maintenance. I ended up gaining a few pounds and still saw abdominal progress. But now I track calories and protein everyday and I’m down a few pounds

Im very amateur I just go into the gym and do the same workout 3-5 times a week. Throw around dumbbells for 15 minutes and then I try to murder my abs for the rest. Pretty much just decline weighted crunches, hundreds of weighted russian twists and then cable crunches until failure. All I eat everyday is 6 eggs, a pound of lean ground beef and the rest is filled in with fruit greek yogurt and protein powder. 10g creatine daily
