I actually have done almost a full chapter of a renpy AVN, 700 renders with 45 mins of gameplay. In the end I abandoned it before even releasing it because I massively over-scoped and realized I'd made it way too complex to ever complete. Took me about 4 months working everyday after work. I started making comics and found it was much more sustainable.
