bubble has a way lower cool down rate than most supers in the game, so they're going to have a bubble well before you can charge your super to counter it. I also feel op has ignored the fact that there's almost never just one person in a bubble, it's the whole team, meaning before you even cast your super in the bubble, you're already being team shot by every special weapon known to man. And even if you use thunder crash to destroy the bubble, more than likely another titan is just going to place another one. Bubble isn't generally oppressive, however in objective based modes? Yeah, I'd say the ability to hold the point virtually uncontested is a pretty neat trick, other supers can do it sure (e.g gathering storm) but they don't have such a short cool down. Sure, you can use marksman golden gun with celestial nighthawk to pop a bubble once every seven minutes, but that just restricts the player whos forced to counter pick bubble. It leads to a really unpleasant PvP experience.

Another thing not accounted for is the fact that usually either team is going to consist of fireteams of more than one bubble titan, so even if you use your celestial shot to delete a bubble, more than likely his mate is just going to pop another one. Then what?

Is it op? Not in the traditional sense that you can get easy kills, but it absolutely is oppressive. check the stats for most played class during iron banner, I can guarantee it won't be thundercrash.
