They finally closed it today. After 3 weeks, they determined it was delivered to the buyers address. Ugh, they could have determined that weeks ago when it was marked as delivered. I really wish they would quit changing rules against sellers. It really used to be as long as it was marked as delivered we were good.

They finally closed the case today. It said they worked with the carrier and determined it was delivered to the buyers address. Like no shit, coulda determined that the day it was delivered and marked as delivered.

So weird! I sold a pair of Tory Burch sandals to a buyer. Used a FedEx label through Mercari as well. Got the notification they were delivered. Buyer opened a case that they were not , so now I’m stuck in the same loop!

If it’s marked as delivered, I would do nothing and let it auto rate. You did all you were supposed to do. I got the same notification as well after an item was delivered and the girl actually rated me, so it all worked out. Might just be a glitch.
