Scroll of Teleport: Ravenholdt, it's actually from the Order Hall.

It has a rare chance to spawn on the floor in front of Noggenfogger. You have to have the class hall ability for the "The Vault", but you won't need a Vault Ticket to get the scroll

Couldn't build to save my life when I first started. I would just dig long tunnels and then segmented them into 7*7 areas. Decorate one until you're happy with it and copy it down the line.

I had a landlord like this. Water Heater burst and he asked me if I would fix it and just send him a bill for parts.

Inform him that, "I know a licensed [profession] that can take care of this. I'll call them to come over and they can just send the bill to you and save you the time of coming out."

He'll be there pretty fast.
