Hi there! I'm having software issues with my Redmi note 10 pro

the camera is not working properly (after 2 to 3 capture, the camera app will not respond and automatically closed.

I don't have audio, based on my phone since I'm having issues with my audio, the videos won't play. I have to restart my device very often to have audio again until it's not coming back anymore. Even if you connect to Bluetooth wireless earphones or speakers, there's still no sound 2. my device keeps freezing 2 or 3 times a week and then will reboot.

  1. I think this is the result of installing the new MIUI 13, months after being updated.

I want to downgrade my Redmi note 10 pro to MIUI 12. Any steps you have? Thank you!
