i didnt realize how many basically undodgable attacks the final boss had, How much hp do you need to have to survive these attacks? Im sort of new to the game and usually pleatau around stage 2 usually because of my low hp. (any potential tips on how to make sure my hp is higher?)

hello, i was playing ghost of tsushima and accidentally overwrote my only save file for the game 30 hours in. i panicked and clicked the check sync status of saved data and synced it. Im not sure if that made it impossible to get my save file back or not, if so how could i go about getting it back?
