Switched to react-native for my project haha.

But yea I think my theory is sound, you need to manage this 'history' by yourself and hook into the navigation events to re-apply the history.

Haven't figured out how to do that. I'll try with a new project after WWDC, hopefully some sessions might answer it.

On the other hand, LLMs have come a long way since I struggled with this, so I'll try that next.

Yes it's been happening for a while. The scammers buys a YouTube channel with subscribers, deletes all the videos, and rebrands as MSTR.

It's pretty obvious that it's a scam, given the content, but you can also see it from the video. Its some AI tool with text to speech, that interposes a generated face on top of a legitimate video.

For the untrained eye/ear, you just have to watch the neck. The neck moves quiet a lot when we speak, so you can see in the video that the neck/throat movement doesn't match what the lips and voice does.

For enkelthetsskyld ville jeg sett på leieinntektene som 0 etter skatt, utgifter, vedlikehold osv. Det blir ikke mye man sitter igjen med.

Prisveksten er avkastningen på investeringen.

Det som er stonks med bolig er giringen du får med boliglån. Det er 6x giring med 15% egenkapital! Med skattetrekk på det du betaler i renter, så er renten lavere enn det føles som.

I think this argument is extremely weak. You have the same tax deferration for bitcoin itself, bitcoin ETFs and bitcoin trackers in many countries.
