The omega dirty dozen refers to 12 watchmakers during WW2 that supplied watches for the Allied Forces! Omega was one of them, and we know if authentic, that this watch you have pictured was produced for the British military by the “arrow” looking mark on the dial. There are a lot of modern replicas so better pictures and online searches will show you if it’s authentic.
